It works fine and does what I needed it to do, but compared to similar options I’ve used, it feels a little pricey. I’m happy enough with it, I just wish the cost was a bit lower

I don’t know if it’s just me, but the replies felt slow when I was trying to get help. They did eventually fix the issue, which I appreciated, so I can’t really complain too much. I just wish the back-and-forth had been quicker

"Delivery was fine, just a little slower than expected"
I ordered from storeitcold and the delivery ended up taking maybe a few days longer than I thought it would. The tracking also didn’t update for what felt like a day or two at a time, so I wasn’t totally sure where the package was. That said, it did show up in good condition, so it wasn’t a huge problem. I just would’ve liked the shipping updates to be a bit clearer.

Most days it cools just fine, so I can’t say it doesn’t work. I’m particular about appliances being reliable, though, and this one has had a couple random hiccups that were annoying. Support was decent enough, but not amazing. Overall, it’s okay, just not quite as steady as I’d personally like.

I’ll be honest, I was kind of expecting the panels to feel a little flimsy or not line up right, and I was fully prepared to be annoyed. But nope — they actually felt really solid and fit together better than I thought they would. The door hardware feels sturdy too. I’ve been using it for about a month now and, surprisingly, I don’t have anything to complain about.

I reached out because I needed to get something sorted, and support got back to me faster than I expected. They explained what I needed to do in a way that made sense to me. I did have to send one extra email before it was fully handled, which was a little annoying, but in the end they helped me get it taken care of.

"Worked fine with my AC"
I wasn’t totally sure my AC unit was going to work with their setup, and I didn’t want to get halfway into it and find out it wasn’t compatible. The info on the site helped a lot though, I was able to check quickly. Anyway, got everything running and so far it’s been fine. No weird issues, no troubleshooting rabbit hole, which is always nice

I got it installed eventually, and it’s working fine now, but the process took a little more figuring out than I expected. The main steps made sense, but there were a couple spots where I had to pause, watch a few videos, and go back through the instructions again. If you’re handy, you’ll probably be okay — just don’t expect it to be a super quick job. My advice is to lay everything out first, read through the directions before starting, and maybe look up a video or two so you know what you’re getting into. Overall, happy with it now that it’s done, but clearer install instructions would’ve helped a lot.

"Still Going Strong After a Few Years"
We’ve had our Store It Cold setup for a little over 3 years now, i’ve been happy with how it’s held up. We use it a lot during the summer, so it’s not just sitting around, and it still feels like it’s doing exactly what we bought it for.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the display acted a little finicky one time, but support walked us through it and it’s been fine ever since. To me, it feels like a solid setup overall and not something cheaply made.

I had a feeling this would help with my power bill, and I’m glad I trusted my instinct. It definitely seems to use way less electricity now, and I’ve noticed the difference.

"Temperature was all over the place"
I really wanted this cooler to work out, but the temperature kept bouncing up and down the entire week. I was checking it way more than I should have been, which got old fast. I had product in there that ended up getting ruined, and that’s not exactly a small headache. Support basically just told me to recalibrate it again, which felt like the appliance version of “turn it off and back on.” Anyway, I was already having one of those weeks where even my coffee maker was acting weird, so this did not help. Overall, it just wasn’t worth the stress for me.

"Setup was straighforward"
The instructions were easy enough to follow. I only had to go back and reread one part during the setup becuase I missed a step at first, but overall it went fine and wasn't a big deal.
